We are looking for a creative and data-driven TikTok Marketplace & Ads Specialist to manage, grow, and optimize our brand’s presence and sales through TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in TikTok advertising, influencer collaboration, and marketplace optimization, with a deep understanding of social commerce trends and content that converts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns on TikTok Shop.
- Optimize listings for higher visibility and conversion using trending keywords and creative product presentation.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve ROI.
- Plan, create, and optimize TikTok Ads (In-Feed, Spark Ads, Collection Ads, etc.) to drive Traffic and sales.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and report on ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant TikTok influencers and content creators for product promotions.
- Manage UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging, trend-based TikTok content.
- Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithms, and marketplace updates to ensure best practices.
- Research competitors and emerging trends in the TikTok marketplace and recommend strategies based on insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience managing TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, content trends, and ad optimization strategies.
- Experience with TikTok Business Center, Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with excellent video and content ideation skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in eCommerce, dropshipping, or marketplace management.
- Experience working with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media platforms (a plus).
