About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Manager to lead our sales team and drive exceptional growth in the property market. This is a high-earning, high-visibility role perfect for top performers who thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan, luxury, and residential properties.
  • Identify and convert high-value prospects, building strong client relationships.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to maximize opportunities.
  • Mentor and coach the sales team to ensure top performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analytics for senior management.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in real estate sales, with a focus on high-value properties.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate market trends in UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
