Tractor Operator (Farm Location)

Job Specifications:

• To safely and precisely operate tractors for tasks such as plowing, planting, cultivating, spraying, harvesting, mowing, or moving materials/produce or goods
• Routinely conduct pre-operation inspections and perform basic maintenance, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and hydraulic systems, and performing minor repairs, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Attach, detach, and calibrate various implements (e.g., plows, balers, loaders, mowers) according to job requirements and manufacturer instructions.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate safety gear and following road regulations when transporting equipment.
• Monitor gauges, instruments, and sometimes GPS systems during operations. Report any mechanical issues, concerns, or incidents to management or the maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate logs of work activities, hours, and maintenance performed.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate with supervisors and other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
