Trade Lane Manager role at Reload Logistics. This Dubai-based position offers the opportunity to lead the development of transport products across key Southern African trade lanes and work with commercial and operational teams to drive corridor-specific growth.

The company is introducing dedicated Trade Lane Managers to drive corridor-specific growth and product development.

Responsibilities
  • Build and enhance transport solutions tailored to specific trade lanes (corridors), aligned with Reload's strategic goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Drive gross profit and market share growth across assigned corridors through targeted initiatives and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with Buyers, Key Account Managers, and Tender Specialists to ensure product alignment and execution.
  • Own performance metrics at the corridor level, ensuring visibility and accountability for results.
  • Support commercial teams in presenting tailored transport solutions to clients, enhancing value proposition and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular updates on product performance, market conditions, and strategic opportunities to the Sales Director.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in product delivery, pricing models, and internal coordination.
Role Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in freight forwarding, transport product development, or commercial logistics roles.
  • Strong understanding of Southern African trade lanes and transport modalities.
  • Proven ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in commercial reporting and performance tracking tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
