Job Description:
Our Human Capital team is hiring a Trade Marketing & Data Analytics Executive for one of our clients in the retail industry. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys working with numbers and translating sales data into actionable insights while supporting brand and commercial teams on-ground. The position bridges trade execution and analytics to ensure business plans are executed efficiently and performance is tracked rigorously.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing & Execution

• Support execution of trade marketing initiatives, in-store activations, and brand visibility plans
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Track trade schemes, promotions, and in-market activities

Brand & Business Support

• Prepare brand decks, sales presentations, and performance review reports

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Manage and analyze sales, stock, and performance data
• Develop Excel-based reports and Power BI dashboards for management reviews
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to support decision-making

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant Field
• Graduates from IBA, LUMS, or CBM will be preferred

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in the retail or FMCG industry is preferred

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI
• Support brand teams with structured data for internal and external presentations
• Assist in product launches, activations, and campaign tracking
• Sound understanding of data analytics and reporting
