Training And Development Executive

Job Summary:

The Trainer Executive is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for management and employees. This role focuses on enhancing employee performance, skills, and compliance with organizational standards through effective training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for management and employees
  • Conduct induction and ongoing training sessions
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals
  • Assess training needs in coordination with department heads
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
  • Maintain training records and prepare training reports
  • Ensure training aligns with company policies and objectives
  • Support employee development and continuous learning

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Trainer or Training Executive
  • Experience in designing and delivering training for management and staff
  • Experience in corporate, sales, recovery, or call center training (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of training methods and evaluation techniques

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
  • Professional attitude with a proactive approach
  • Good command of MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
