Job title: Training Operations Assistant
Location: Dubai
Purpose of the position:
To ensure the effective and efficient processing of all administrative and operational requirements for the successful delivery of our virtual and face to face training courses and qualifications within the BSI Training Academy.
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
- To ensure that a continuous first-class service is provided to the internal and external clients of the Training department.
- To work proactively with all staff in the department and with the sales, marketing and delivery teams to support the overall administrative processes and procedures.
- Communication with and responding to BSI clients and queries across the full training lifecycle.
- Communicating with our delivery and sales team, supporting their needs to ensure the smooth running of courses day to day.
- Managing shared mailboxes and telephone systems
- Coordinating pre-course logistics, delegate communications, venue bookings and onsite delivery arrangements.
- Supporting procurement processes, including preparation and processing of LPOs for tutors and suppliers.
- Ensuring post-course documentation, reporting, and system updates are completed in line with internal and regulatory requirements
Candidate Spec:
- Any prior experience in administration, operations or client-facing roles
- Strong command of English
- Competency with MS office
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree
