Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our company’s vehicle fleet. The role involves ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, documentation, and compliance of all company vehicles while supporting site and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee allocation and scheduling of company vehicles for staff, sites, and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records including registration, insurance, Salik, fuel usage, and service schedules.
• Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, maintained regularly, and serviced as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure adherence to company policies, safe driving, and compliance with UAE traffic regulations.
• Handle accident reporting, repairs, and insurance claims in coordination with relevant departments.
• Track and control costs related to fuel, maintenance, repairs, and rentals.
• Monitor GPS/vehicle tracking systems to ensure efficient usage and prevent misuse.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet utilization, expenses, and availability for management review.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and RTA/government authorities for renewals, permits, and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in fleet/vehicle coordination or transportation management in UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and insurance procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• UAE Driving License preferred.
