Travel Agency Manager (USA & CANADA MARKET)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Travel Agency Manager to lead our growing operations focused on the USA travel market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily travel agency operations
• Lead and supervise the sales team
• Handle flight bookings, itineraries, and client queries
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in USA or Canada travel industry
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
