Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Hajj & Umrah

Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: PKR 70,000 + Attractive Commission

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Gender: No Preference

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong background in the Hajj & Umrah industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, promoting Hajj & Umrah packages, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and develop new business opportunities for Hajj & Umrah services.

Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.

Promote and sell Hajj & Umrah packages to individuals, families, and groups.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Provide customers with accurate information regarding packages, visa requirements, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Hajj & Umrah sector.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the Hajj & Umrah industry.

Strong understanding of Hajj & Umrah packages and related travel services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Existing network within the travel, Hajj, and Umrah market will be an advantage.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in dealing with clients.
