Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft tailored travel packages based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and travel planning services to clients for domestic and international travel.
• Promote and sell travel services including Umrah packages, holiday tours, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and visa services.
• Build travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets.
• Process bookings, issue tickets, and manage customer records using travel booking systems.
• Handle inquiries and provide after-sales support professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and destination knowledge.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for competitive pricing and package customization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and systems (e.g., GDS/Amadeus/Sabre is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Language-Hindi & English. Arabic is a plus if known.

Benefits:

Base Salary + incentives based on the performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
