Travel Consultants for Travel Agency

Key responsibilities of Travel Consultants at a Travel Agency:

Note: Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

1 . Assist clients with travel planning and booking
2 . Provide information on destinations, travel requirements, and itineraries
3 . Offer customized travel packages and recommendations
4 . Handle travel documentation and visa applications
5 . Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators
6 . Manage client bookings as per their requirements
7. Provide 24/7 support for clients during travel
8. Meet sales targets and promote agency services
9. Develop expertise in specific destinations or types of travel (e.g., luxury, adventure)
10. Ability to handle group queries request for multiple destinations

The goal is to ensure seamless operations, high-quality services, and efficient management of resources, ultimately driving business success and student satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:
 Minimum 2/3 Years’ relevant experience in travel industry or customer service
 Graduation and Professional Qualification, Knowledge of destinations, travel requirements, Plan and book complex itineraries
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a similar role
 Familiarity with travel regulations and visa requirements
 Ability to multitask and manage bookings efficiently
 Sales and negotiation skills to upsell and cross-sell
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
