Travel Sales Executive - Bahria Town Karachi

We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Travel Agent with expertise in Umrah and Hajj packages, as well as international leisure and business travel planning. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of visa processes, travel coordination, and overseas tour arrangements, particularly for Middle Eastern destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage Umrah and Hajj travel packages, ensuring compliance with religious guidelines and logistical requirements
• Coordinate complete overseas travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and tours
• Guide clients on travel options, package details, pricing, and customized itineraries
• Manage visa applications, travel documentation, and related formalities
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel service partners
• Handle bookings, payments, schedule changes, and travel modifications efficiently
• Stay up‑to‑date with travel regulations, airline policies, and seasonal pricing trends
• Support the promotion of travel packages across digital platforms when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent, preferably in Umrah/Hajj and international travel services
• Strong knowledge of airline reservations, travel procedures, and GDS systems (if applicable)
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer‑service skills
• Ability to work under pressure, particularly during peak pilgrimage seasons
• Strong organizational skills with effective multitasking abilities
• Punctual, reliable, and professional work ethic
