Truck Dispatcher

Job Description: Dispatcher – US Logistics

Experience Required: 1–3 years in freight dispatching, trucking operations, or freight brokerage.
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – IST)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage daily load planning, carrier coordination, and shipment monitoring for US-based operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in US/Canada lanes, carrier networks, and the overall freight ecosystem.
Candidates from a Sales background who are willing to transition into Dispatch are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to manage daily dispatch operations.
• Plan, schedule, and assign loads based on availability and customer requirements.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and ensure timely movement of freight.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams.
• Handle load documentation, communication, and issue resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and ensure service quality.
• Work with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and internal tools for load management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email tools, and load boards.
• High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Knowledge & Systems

• Familiarity with US/Canada lanes, carrier networks, and FMCSA regulations.
• Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,419.64 - ₹50,000.00 per month
