Location: AAA Digital | Model Town, Lahore

(On-Site) | Shift: Full-Time, Night Shift (6PM to 3AM)

The Mission:

Own the full dispatch lifecycle for a dedicated fleet of 3-4 carriers strictly on the spot market. Your target: Generate $3,000+ in total monthly dispatch revenue across your fleet under our 5% fee structure.

Key Responsibilities:

● Full-Cycle Execution: Onboard new carriers and manage their daily operations flawlessly.

● Spot Market Mastery: Source, negotiate, and book high-paying freight exclusively via the DAT Load Board.

● Fleet Versatility: Dispatch Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, Box Trucks, and Hotshots.

● Profit Optimization: Negotiate aggressive broker rates and plan routes to eliminate deadhead.

Requirements:

● 2+ years of full-cycle US truck dispatching (Spot Market focus).

● Lightning-fast expertise with the DAT Load Board and TMS software.

● Flawless, professional English for high-pressure broker rate negotiations.

Compensation: Up to 100k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission above $1000 dispatch gross.
