Job Overview

We are hiring an Experienced Truck Dispatcher for our U.S. Freight Dispatch Operations. The role involves managing truck drivers, booking profitable freight loads, and negotiating rates with brokers using major load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.

This opportunity is ideal for dispatchers who understand U.S. trucking operations, load planning, and broker negotiations, and want to earn high commissions based on freight revenue.

Compensation Structure

Base Salary:
PKR 70,000 – 80,000 (depending on experience)

Revenue-Based Commission:

• USD 4,000 revenue → PKR 70,000 commission
• USD 5,000 revenue → PKR 90,000 commission
• USD 6,000 revenue → PKR 110,000 commission

High-performing dispatchers can match or exceed their base salary through commission earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage U.S.-based truck drivers
• Book profitable freight loads through DAT Load Board and Truckstop
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers
• Monitor shipments, routes, ETAs, detention, and layovers
• Maintain accurate rate confirmations and dispatch records
• Coordinate with drivers and brokers for smooth operations
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum 8 months of verified U.S. truck dispatch experience
• Practical knowledge of DAT and Truckstop load boards
• Strong rate negotiation and broker communication skills
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working U.S. night shift
• Available for on-site work in Gulberg III, Lahore
