Truck / Heavy Vehicles Sales Executive

Role Overview

The Truck Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing sales of heavy vehicles, including trucks, trailers, construction equipment, and commercial vehicles. The role requires strong knowledge of the automotive and transport industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build a strong client base for Marhaba Auctions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell trucks, trailers, and other heavy vehicles through the auction platform.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with transport, construction, logistics, and fleet companies.
  • Meet sales targets by actively engaging with buyers and sellers.
  • Assist customers in understanding vehicle specifications, pricing, and auction procedures.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients, dealers, and fleet owners.
  • Act as the main contact person for clients before and after sales.
  • Provide professional support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and client retention.

Market Intelligence & Administration

  • Stay updated on heavy vehicle market trends, demand, and competitive pricing.
  • Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and reports.
  • Support auction team with vehicle inspection coordination, documentation, and sales operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in heavy vehicles, trucks, trailers, commercial vehicles, or related industries.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of truck brands, specifications, and the automotive/transport sector.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Other: Valid UAE driving license (preferred for this role).
