TSO (Territory Sales Officer) FMCG Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
  • Meet sales goals while expanding brand presence and market penetration.
  • Conduct frequent market visits to track competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across the assigned region.
  • Gather and evaluate sales data to improve performance and decision-making.
  • Implement promotional and marketing activities to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to align on business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (territory management experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
  • Must have a personal vehicle for field operations.
