The Retail Marketing Executive is tasked with planning and executing retail-focused marketing activities to drive lead generation, showroom traffic, and sales conversion across Honda UAE's core businesses. This role ensures the seamless execution of quarterly retail campaigns and CRM activities, while aligning with brand guidelines and business priorities. Success in this role is measured by the timely delivery of marketing tactics, lead generation contribution, and quality assurance across all marketing materials and channels.

What You Will Do Retail & Tactical Campaigns
  • Plan and execute quarterly retail tactical campaigns aligned to sales targets.
  • Coordinate campaign rollout across digital, CRM, POS, outdoor, and showroom touchpoints.
  • Ensure timely execution and consistency across all retail channels.
Brand Campaign Execution & Governance
  • Execute in-market brand campaigns in line with approved strategy and guidelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all retail materials and communications.
  • Coordinate approvals and alignment with internal stakeholders.
CRM Campaigns
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns (SMS, EDM, push notifications).
  • Support lead nurturing, reactivation, and conversion initiatives.
  • Coordinate with performance and digital teams for campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage dealer-level POS requirements for campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate outdoor executions supporting retail and brand objectives.
  • Ensure accurate messaging, timely rollout, and compliance with brand standards.
Required Skills To Be Successful
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing and CRM strategies.
  • High attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Ability to coordinate successfully with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective campaign management and stakeholder engagement.
What Qualifies You For The Role
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or automotive marketing.
  • Degree in communication or a related marketing field.
  • Strong understanding of tactical campaign execution and CRM operations.
  • Experience coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
