UI/UX Designer – Mobile Banking & Fintech Solutions

Karachi, Pakistan

KalSoft is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital banking and fintech applications, with the ability to craft seamless, mobile-first customer experiences that drive trust, simplicity, and innovation.

Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in mobile banking or fintech solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in designing digital banking, payment solutions, or fintech applications.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, and emerging technologies (biometrics, AI personalization).
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and mobile app design.
A strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first applications and customer journey designs.
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin, Axure, or Framer.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Journey Design: Deliver intuitive, end-to-end mobile banking experiences, from onboarding to transactions.
User Research & Insights: Conduct research, usability testing, and analysis to enhance digital touchpoints.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows for iterative testing.
Visual & Interaction Design: Produce pixel-perfect, mobile-first designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to balance user needs with business goals.
Usability & Accessibility: Ensure all designs are inclusive, intuitive, and device-optimized.
Innovation: Apply latest fintech and design trends to deliver innovative digital banking experiences.
Design Governance: Contribute to design systems, guidelines, and best practices for scalability.
