Lead our Digital Innovation function and drive transformative initiatives that redefine customer experience and digital growth across the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital innovation strategy and execution across products and channels

• Drive fintech partnerships, integrations, and ecosystem expansion

• Identify emerging technologies and market trends to unlock new opportunities

• Oversee end-to-end digital product development and go-to-market initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions

• Build governance frameworks, operating models, and innovation pipelines

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Innovation, or Fintech

• Strong understanding of business models and technology solutions

• Expertise in customer journeys and digital product strategy

• Experience with banking systems and digital ecosystems

• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
