About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Lead the IT department and development teams, defining and executing the organization’s technology strategy.

Oversee the development and delivery of in-house digital products, custom client solutions, and web and mobile applications.

Manage system architecture and technology decisions across backend, frontend, and infrastructure environments.

Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Implement AI-driven solutions and automation initiatives to enhance business operations and analytics.

Ensure seamless API integrations with third-party platforms such as payment gateways, CRM systems, and internal tools.

Oversee cloud infrastructure, servers, networks, backups, and disaster recovery to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Maintain high availability and performance of mission-critical applications and high-traffic platforms.

Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, data protection standards, and risk management frameworks.

Manage vendor relationships, technology partnerships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Oversee IT budgets and technology investments, ensuring cost-effective and scalable solutions.

Provide technology updates and performance reports to senior leadership, recommending innovations and improvements.
Qualifications
-
10–15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

Certifications:
CCNA/CCNP, AWS, PMP can be a plus.
Required Skills

Expertise in full-stack development, system architecture, and digital platform management.

Experience with AI solutions, automation, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.

Strong leadership, vendor management, and strategic decision-making skills.
