Desol Int. is seeking an experienced Business Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, search, and bid on relevant projects daily across platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
• Write customized and compelling proposals to attract and convert potential clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and project goals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure successful deal closures.
• Achieve and exceed monthly bidding and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Developer in a software company.
• Proven experience working on Upwork and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is essential).
• Good understanding of Web & Mobile Development, UI/UX Design, and AI Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical background with strong client-handling and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Timings:

• Onsite: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Remote: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
