Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Upwork Bidder – Creative Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in online bidding, proposal writing, and client communication, particularly within the creative services domain (design, content, video, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and manage bidding on freelancing platforms, mainly Upwork
• Search and identify relevant jobs/projects related to creative services (e.g., design, writing, marketing, video editing)
• Write custom and engaging proposals tailored to each project
• Maintain communication logs and follow up with potential clients
• Assist in managing client profiles and keeping them up to date
• Collaborate with design and content teams to understand service offerings
• Report daily bidding activity and results to the team lead

What We're Looking For:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate (preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field)
• Strong written English and basic proposal writing skills
• Basic understanding of Upwork or other freelancing platforms (a plus)
• Detail-oriented with a learning attitude
• Ability to work during US hours
• Comfortable with internet research and documentation
• Interest in the digital/creative services industry
