Upwork Bidder – E-commerce Projects

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Upwork Bidder with a strong understanding of e-commerce services. The role involves identifying relevant projects on Upwork, sending customized proposals, communicating with clients, and coordinating with internal teams to close and manage projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search, analyze, and bid on relevant Upwork projects related to e-commerce
  • Write customized and high-converting proposals
  • Communicate with international clients via Upwork chat
  • Qualify leads and understand client requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project feasibility
  • Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions
  • Follow up with potential clients to close deals
  • Ensure Upwork profile compliance and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce services
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Ability to write persuasive and client-focused proposals
  • Familiarity with Upwork bidding rules and algorithms
  • Basic understanding of pricing, timelines, and scopes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
