We're looking for a Upwork Bidder who’s ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and actively engage potential clients on Upwork.
• Write compelling, customized proposals to win contracts.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Prior experience of one year atleast working on Upwork or similar freelance platforms is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.

Location:
Kohistan Tower, Saddar Rawalpindi (Onsite Position)
Shifts Available:

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
