About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder to grow our Upwork presence by generating high quality leads and converting them into long term clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Find high quality projects on Upwork related to web development, marketing, AI automation and e-commerce
• Write customized, human sounding proposals (no copy paste) that speak directly to client problems.
• Communicate professionally with prospects via Upwork chat
• Qualify leads and coordinate with internal teams for project scope and pricing
• Book thr appointment and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain organized records of proposals, chats and outcome.

Requrments:

• Experience bidding on Upwork in digital services
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Ability to understand technical and marketing service offerings
• Lead qualification and negotiation skills
