Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Nazimabad for an Upwork Bidder Specialist. The Upwork Bidder Specialist will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring consistent communication with prospective clients. The role involves preparing proposals, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, the candidate will ensure effective follow-ups to convert opportunities into successful projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with freelancing platforms like Upwork, including creating bids and proposals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in research and identifying relevant opportunities
• Understanding of project management tools and processes is a plus
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented, and results-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or freelancing platforms is an advantage
