Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced *Upwork Bidding Expert* to join our team and help us secure high-quality projects through strategic proposal writing and effective client communication. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork in architecture, interior design, 3D visualization, or related creative fields.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify suitable jobs on Upwork that align with our firm’s expertise and service offerings.

* Craft personalized, professional, and compelling proposals to increase win rates.

* Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.

* Maintain an organized bidding pipeline and track proposal performance metrics.

* Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align proposals with our brand voice and project portfolio.

* Negotiate budgets and project timelines while ensuring profitability.

* Provide insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and client expectations on Upwork.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or Proposal Writer.

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

* Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, profile optimization, and client engagement.

* Familiarity with design-related fields (Architecture, Interior Design, Visualization, or similar) is a plus.

* Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver results consistently.

* Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)

* Knowledge of CRM and lead-tracking systems.

* Understanding of Upwork Connects strategy and proposal timing.

* Prior success stories or statistics of jobs won on Upwork.
