About the Role

Skylight Codeworks is hiring an experienced Upwork Bidding Specialist to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate must have minimum 6 months of experience in Upwork bidding and a completed graduation degree / Freshers also encourage. You will be responsible for writing winning proposals, securing projects, and building long-term business relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and submit professional proposals on Upwork to win projects.
• Communicate with international clients to understand requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical team on project scope, costing, and timelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor and improve bidding performance and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with Upwork policies and market strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of proven experience in Upwork bidding.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related field).
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work on-site at our Lahore office.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
