Upwork & Freelance Proposal & Lead Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to join our team as an Upwork & Freelance Proposal & Lead Specialist. You will play a key role in driving business growth by finding clients, submitting winning proposals, and converting leads into projects across multiple platforms including Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelancing or B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant freelance and business projects on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Write tailored, persuasive, and client-focused proposals to maximize project win rates.
• Record clear and engaging video introductions (Loom or similar tools) to complement proposals.
• Maintain professional communication with potential clients and follow up regularly.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand service offerings and align proposals.
• Track all submitted proposals, responses, and project outcomes.
• Meet monthly bidding and conversion targets to drive consistent growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, LinkedIn lead generation, or similar platforms (6–24 months preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of client psychology and the ability to position services effectively.
• Comfortable using Loom or similar video tools for client introductions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, IT services, web development, or SaaS projects is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of Western business culture and client expectations is preferred.
