Upwork Lead Generation & Proposal Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)

Oxen Softwares is a growing software solutions company specializing in custom CRM systems, workflow automation, and business management platforms for international clients. We help businesses replace spreadsheets and disconnected tools with systems built around their real workflow.

We are hiring a full-time Upwork Lead Generation & Proposal Assistant to support our daily business development activities.

This is an execution-focused role, where you will work directly with the founder and follow clear instructions to identify relevant jobs and assist in proposal writing.

Working Hours (Mandatory Attendance Required)

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Half Day)

You must be online and actively available during working hours
A stable internet connection is required at all times
This is a full-time remote role, not flexible or part-time

Salary Structure

• 15,000 PKR/month during the initial 4-month probation/training period
• After 4 months, performance will be evaluated
• Based on consistency, accuracy, and responsibility, salary will increase to 25,000 PKR/month

Key Responsibilities

• Search and find relevant projects on Upwork daily using provided filters
• Carefully read job descriptions and understand client requirements
• Identify high-quality opportunities based on instructions
• Write and submit proposals using provided templates
• Maintain an organized tracking sheet of all applications and leads
• Follow instructions precisely and complete daily assigned work

Requirements

• Strong English reading and writing skills (mandatory)
• Ability to understand client requirements clearly and accurately
• High attention to detail
• Discipline and consistency in daily work
• Basic understanding of online platforms (Upwork knowledge is a plus, not required)
• Willingness to learn and follow structured processes

Speaking English is not required
Writing and understanding English is essential

• This role is strictly execution-based (no strategy or client communication required)
• Focus, discipline, and accuracy are more important than experience
