Job Overview

We are hiring an entry-level Upwork Proposal & Client Acquisition Specialist to support our efforts in securing projects through strategic bidding and professional client communication. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, freelancing, or online client interaction. You should be able to identify relevant opportunities, write clear and compelling proposals, and assist in managing client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Search and shortlist suitable, high-potential projects on Upwork daily.
• Write simple, customized proposals that highlight our strengths and address client needs.
• Submit proposals within required timeframes to improve visibility.
• Assist in ongoing communication with potential clients until the project is secured.
• Keep track of bids, conversations, and project pipelines in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project details and capabilities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, or related online sales roles.
• Good command of English with clear writing and communication skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and create targeted, appealing proposals.
• Basic understanding of Upwork’s platform, client behavior, and bidding practices.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Must be available for daily bidding and timely client responses.
