Job Overview:
The Manager – Business Acquisition (North) will play a pivotal role in expanding Dial Zero’s client base across the northern region. The ideal candidate will have strong networking and business development capabilities, along with well-established connections within Pakistan’s digital media ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving new client acquisition and strengthening Dial Zero’s market presence in North Pakistan through proactive PR efforts, direct relationship building, lead generation, and ensuring a steady flow of opportunities into the acquisition pipeline.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands and agencies across the Northern region, including Lahore and Tier 2 cities.
  • Work closely with the Acquisition Lead to plan and execute business development initiatives in Lahore and other cities within the region.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, digital outreach, and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct sales meetings to present Dial Zero’s offerings and close acquisition deals.

2. Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and marketing leads at client organizations. • Ensure consistent follow-ups to support client onboarding, activation, and retention.

3. Market Development
  • Dial Zero at regional events, seminars, and industry gatherings to enhance visibility and network reach.
  • Provide market intelligence and regional insights to the Team Lead for strategic planning.

4. Coordination & Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Team Lead to ensure smooth client onboarding and account activation.
  • Discuss the acquisition pipeline weekly with the Team Lead to review progress and align on priorities.
  • Work in coordination with the Acquisition team for pipeline tracking and performance reporting.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain accurate and updated acquisition sheets for Lahore and other cities in the North region.
  • Record all meetings, leads, and conversions systematically.
  • Submit Fortnightly progress reports on acquisition activities.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing/Media Sciences.
(Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing, Meta advertising ecosystem, and client servicing dynamics)

Experience:
3–5 years in Client Acquisition - Media sales/Digital Agency
