We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our night shift operations in Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
• Follow company guidelines and communication standards

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in night shift
• Prior call center experience is a plus (Fresh candidates can also apply)
