US BASED FLIGHT AND UMRAH SALES CONSULTANT SALARY UPTO 100K

We are a US-based travel agency specializing in Umrah packages for the Muslim community in the United States. We are looking for an experienced Umrah Sales Agent who understands Umrah products and can confidently convert US leads into confirmed bookings.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound Umrah inquiries from US-based clients
• Explain Umrah packages, hotels, flights, visa process, and add-ons clearly
• Close sales and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Follow up with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking execution
• Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, and payments

Requirements

• Proven experience in Umrah or Hajj sales (mandatory)
• Strong English communication skills (US customer dealing experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of Umrah packages, visa process, and hotel categories
• Sales-driven mindset with strong closing skills
• Ability to work with CRM / Excel / WhatsApp business tools
• Honest, punctual, and target-oriented
