US HR Executive

Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire "US HR Executive".

Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6Night Shift: 8PM to 5AM – Six days a week – Monday till Saturday – On-site Position.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US HR Generalist with a proven track record of working in or for the US market remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of US labor laws, HR compliance, employee relations, and best practices. This role will support and enhance the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations in alignment with US business standards.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in core US HR (not looking for local HR experience)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

- Salary budget: PKR 100,000 to PKR120,000

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
