Job Overview:
We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced US Recruiter to join our dynamic and performance-driven team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales abilities, experience in high-volume hiring, and the capability to contribute immediately to recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple US-based roles.
• Source and engage candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to attract and place qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Achieve hiring targets and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and track recruitment pipelines.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in US recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Proven track record in high-volume hiring.
• Background in sales or business development with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-driven, able to work independently, and available for immediate joining.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
