Are you an experienced US Recruitment Leader with a strong background in non-technical and retail hiring?

Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a Female US Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment operations, manage a team of recruiters, and drive hiring for roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Retail, Operations, and Corporate Office positions in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve US hiring goals

* Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement

* Design and implement recruitment strategies for non-technical, retail, and corporate office roles

* Oversee US recruitment operations and ensure efficient hiring workflows

* Coordinate closely with top management and business leaders on hiring plans and workforce strategy

* Manage hiring for corporate office roles including operations, support functions, and management positions

* Ensure a strong candidate experience aligned with US recruitment standards

* Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter to build talent pipelines

* Track recruitment metrics, hiring performance, and continuously improve recruitment processes

* Maintain compliance with US employment laws and state-specific hiring regulations

Required Qualifications:

* 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the US market

* 3+ years in a leadership or recruitment management role

* Strong experience in US non-technical and retail hiring

* Hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter

* Good understanding of US labor laws and state-level employment regulations

* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Experience coordinating hiring strategies with senior management

* Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
