We are looking for a VA / Customer Support Agent who can communicate confidently with clients and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong spoken English, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide support and maintain positive client interactions
• Handle communication through calls, chats, or emails
• Resolve customer concerns effectively and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer support / virtual assistance is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:

• Shift: Night Shift / Afternoon Shift
• Location: Onsite – Near UMT, Lahore
• Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Up to PKR 90,000 - based on experience and spoken skills.
