Van Salesman

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Van Sales Representative to drive sales of our products directly to retail customers through a company-provided van. In this role, you will manage a designated route, build strong client relationships, process cash and digital transactions, restock inventory, and ensure excellent service at every stop. This position combines sales, customer service, and logistics—ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a company van to service a pre-assigned route of retail customers (e.g., Hypermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, small grocers).

Present, sell, and deliver fresh dairy products directly to customers on a daily basis.

Maintain accurate transaction records in digital methods.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new business opportunities along the route.

Monitor inventory levels in the van, place orders for restocking, and ensure products are displayed attractively.

Conduct product demonstrations or promotions as directed by the sales management.

Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols for handling cash, merchandise, and vehicle operation.

Complete daily sales reports, expense logs, and delivery documentation accurately and on time.

Monitor the product expiry dates and implement the FIFO principle.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience in field sales, route sales, retail, Fresh dairy products knowledge is a must.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic math and cash-handling proficiency; experience with mobile POS systems is advantageous.

UAE market experience is required.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with local geography and confident navigating with GPS or route maps.
