Verification Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Verification Agent to join our organization. The role involves verifying customer details and eligibility for mobile phone installment plans under our BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) program. The agent will ensure accurate data entry, confirm customer identity and income documentation, and support sales conversion through timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound/inbound calls to verify customer information submitted for mobile installment plans.
• Confirm documents such as CNIC, income proofs, contact details, and other KYC elements.
• Use verification scripts to ask key questions and validate customer responses.
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate suspicious cases.
• Maintain accurate records of verification outcomes in CRM systems.
• Support sales conversion by ensuring verification is completed efficiently and timely.
• Educate customers on the BNPL terms, payment schedule, and product delivery timelines.
• Provide regular feedback to supervisors on customer behavior, document trends, or processes.

Experience:

· 2-3 Years of experience in Banks/call centers.
