Core Responsibilities
Sponsorship & Partnerships
- Build and execute a global sponsorship strategy aligned with MSM Unify's growth goals
- Secure sponsorships from corporates, education brands, and industry leaders
- Deliver high-value visibility and ROI for partners
- Cultivate long-term strategic relationships
Speaker Strategy
- Identify and onboard global thought leaders and influencers
- Curate speaker programs that attract learners and sponsors
- Manage speaker engagement from outreach to event delivery
Sales & Revenue
- Drive B2B and B2C sales across sponsorships, partnerships, and enrollments
- Develop cross-sell and upsell strategies
- Consistently exceed revenue targets through direct and channel sales
Enrollment Growth (Working Professionals)
- Launch targeted campaigns for upskilling and certification programs
- Partner with corporates and industry bodies for bulk enrollments
- Promote ROI-driven learning pathways for career advancement
Event & Program Integration
- Seamlessly integrate sponsors and speakers into Eduverse events
- Ensure visibility across pre-event, live, and post-event touchpoints
- Oversee execution of activations and learning programs
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing global sales and sponsorship team
- Mentor team members and drive accountability
- Collaborate with marketing, product, events, and academic teams
- Represent Eduverse at global forums and conferences
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Track global trends in sponsorship and professional learning

Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Education, or related fields
Experience:
- Proven success in sponsorship sales and speaker management
- Background in international education, edtech, or professional learning
- Strong track record in revenue and enrollment growth
