Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VIP Customer Support Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The VIP Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to VIP clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical support.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support, Technical Support, and Analytical Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction focus
  • Experience in handling VIP clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in the online social networking or gaming industry is a plus
