Virtual Receptionist - For US Law Firm

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls professionally on behalf of the law firm
  • Schedule client consultations and manage attorneys’ calendars
  • Respond to emails and client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate client records and update case information
  • Route calls and messages to appropriate legal staff
  • Provide basic information to clients while maintaining confidentiality
  • Perform general administrative and virtual office support tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work in night shift (if serving international clients)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment (for remote roles)

Note: It is totally on-site Job, Office Located in DHA # 8, Lahore

Salary Range: 60K to 80K
