Job Description

Visa Vista LTD is looking for a motivated and professional Visa Consultant to join our growing visa consultancy team in Gulberg, Lahore.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, guiding customers about visa services, and converting leads into successful clients through strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and client inquiries related to visa services
• Communicate with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
• Provide accurate information about UK, Schengen, and other visa processes
• Convert leads into confirmed clients through effective sales and consultation
• Maintain client records and documentation properly
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships
• Coordinate with the internal team for visa application processing
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Customer service and client handling ability
• Basic knowledge of visa consultancy services (preferred)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate qualification
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Professional attitude with a presentable personality
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
