Travel Guru is actively looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Travel Coordinator to manage end-to-end travel operations including visa processing, ticketing, and client coordination. If you have hands-on experience in travel management and can handle multiple clients efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage visa processing, documentation, and embassy coordination
• Handle flight bookings, ticket reissues, and cancellations
• Arrange hotel reservations and prepare complete travel itineraries
• Provide end-to-end travel assistance to clients
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and international travel partners
• Manage multiple clients and urgent travel requests efficiently
• Ensure timely updates and smooth travel experiences for clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in travel coordination / ticketing / visa processing
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) preferred
• Strong understanding of international visa processes & travel regulations
• Experience with hotel booking platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent travel requests

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with Travel Agency or Tour Operator experience
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
