Visa Officer (Data Entry Level/Fresher)

Position: Visa Officer

Preference: B.com Fresher

Scope of Work.      

We are looking for someone who will start at the data entry level but has the potential to grow:

Path 1: Operations Management — Coordinating ground handling of Umrah pilgrims, handling complaints, issuing hotel confirmations, and following up with clients during their stay.        

Path 2: Visa Consultant — Handling more complex visa applications for destinations such as US, UK, etc., which require higher responsibility, better communication, and stronger client handling skills.

Qualities & Skills Required         

Highly responsible and detail-oriented; able to follow protocols precisely.      

Calm, polite, and patient under frequent customer interaction.        

Good written and spoken communication skills.     

Strong time-management and prioritization skills to handle fluctuating workloads.      

Willingness to learn and handle more complex operational or visa tasks over time.

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Visa Processing Officer (Umrah Department): 2 years (Preferred)
