Visual Merchandiser

The Visual Merchandiser for baby outfits and baby gear is responsible for creating attractive, engaging, and customer-friendly visual displays in-store to maximize sales, enhance customer experience, and strengthen the brand image. This role requires creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of baby fashion trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Display Planning:
• Design and implement eye-catching window and in-store displays for baby clothes, accessories, and baby gear.
• Regularly refresh visual themes to match the seasons, festivals, or promotional campaigns.
• Product Presentation:
• Ensure all baby products are presented neatly, cleanly, and according to brand standards.
• Group outfits by theme, color, or occasion (e.g., newborn, casual, party wear).
• Sales Support:
• Align visual merchandising efforts with current marketing campaigns and sales promotions.
• Collaborate with store teams to highlight new arrivals and high-margin products.
• Store Layout & Fixtures:
• Recommend and implement changes to floor plans and fixture placements to improve customer flow.
• Inventory & Stock Coordination:
• Work closely with store teams to ensure product featured displays.
• Identify slow-moving products and suggest repositioning or remerchandising.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a visual merchandiser, preferably in babywear, kids’ fashion, or lifestyle retail.
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles, color coordination, and display techniques.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and trend awareness.
• Familiarity with baby clothing and baby gear categories.
• Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or VM planning tools) is a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lift and set up display fixtures and handle light physical work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.

Understanding of parent and child behavior in retail environments

Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
