Visual Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Visual Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining & supporting the standard operations in commercial marketing - Visual team. This role will ensure efficiency, productivity and process improvements in the Visual team. This position supports all Visual Merchandising facing projects partnering with key cross functional teams such as Merchants, Planning, Allocations and Store Operations.

Key Accountabilities:

Visual Operations

• Create CAD Recaps
  • In season recaps with channel specific, store count place /Canada, style numbers/color as well as any pack & hold information
  • Call out all oddities on store counts especially geared towards hookups or make sure store groups are aligned across a category (i.e. outerwear store groups are the same)
  • Create Hardmark & Go forward CAD recaps that follow suit with hardmark dates of floorsets
  • Send CAD Recaps to merchants for review & make an adjustments they have based on updated store counts or dropped/added styles
  • Continually update Basic Cad Recaps with everchanging NGF + New styles
  • Utilize CAD recaps to create the following tools
    • Late style lists
    • Check in styles in local store
    • Track HM styles for large clearance events
• Create Seasonal tools
  • Visual Mapping Guides
  • Visual Brand Guides
  • Visual Set the Standard Seasonal Guides
• Maintain evergreen tools
  • Ensure consistent updates are made in seasonal training tools
• Assist in Calendar Operations for team to ensure target deadlines are met

Education and Experience:

• 2-4 years in visual operations field
• Proven creativity with a strong aesthetic sensibility and visual merchandising skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficiency in excel
• MAC proficient
